Boerewors: A South African Sausage Odyssey

Boerewors, literally translated as “farmer’s sausage,” is a cornerstone of South African cuisine. This flavorful sausage boasts a rich history dating back to the 17th century, reflecting the ingenuity and resourcefulness of the Dutch settlers, the Boers.
